Want to hear music fit for school dinners?
This album was created for the beautiful constituents of school dinners, literally mouthwatering.
Music, samples and beats by Mark in our new dance piece called ‘Dinners’ made in December 2021.
The music is beat-based sampletastic with overlapping synth and pad patches, lots of width from our mastering and mixing techniques!
Praise be to the dinner ladies We once knew as children many years ago and for the cooks we never got to meet!

I created these tracks to capture the long-forgotten elements of school dinners.

Tracks
| Beans | What's not to like about beans especially on toast dripping with legendary bean juice? |
| Cabbage | The bain of school dinners often boiled to non-existence but is still a favourite |
| Carrots | For eyesight and rabbits and mixed into a lovely vegetable soup |
| Cauliflower | The steamed white flowers sit on the plate for ages and get gobbled up at the last minute |
| Cheese Flan | Something naughty about a pure cheese flan with its oils and tangy twists on pastry |
| Custard | The much-hailed yellow or vanilla steaming custard on our weekly puddings |
| Gravy | With any meal this liquid treat can be so many flavours to enhance or hide the food |
| Mash | They peel them with their metal knives and then they smash them all to bits! |
| Peas | Mush or garden in a delicious butter or vinegar topped all for your main meal |
| Pie | Take some pastry and pop some stew into it hey-presto pie mmm pies |
| Prunes | Good for the guts and sometimes stoned they sit in a tin for most of the year – don't be a prune! |
| Pudding | A generic label for all things that come at the end of a meal but why not reverse the order? |
| Salad | Once known as rabbit food this lovely dish can be as light and crisp and tasty as ever |
| Salt | The powder of life itself and has to be sprinkled everywhere even if you haven't tasted your food yet! |
| Stew | Grab some main ingredients and add loads of vegetables and perhaps a bit of thickener and boil for hours what a stew! |
| Swede | Often a mysterious vegetable can entertain and delight – this is no exception! |
