Anyone wanting to follow the continual ritual of wanting more?

Anyone also wanting to find out when it will be enough to satisfy you?

Want a tale of us all waiting for the final moment when we will be happy, content and fulfilled?

Will it ever come or are our hopes and dreams the same as of aeons ago?

Will our final release be the only thing we can focus on?

Or should we like to be like the immutable rocks and earth?

When Then When, then the end of our time? The orbit of nations kept in their line The story of all that has and has not The main line of things shown as a knot. When, then the pleasure of all? The longing and feeling of all time we know The comings and goings of many of lives A pointer to leisure and pace in our hives. When, then the freezing of fear? The peace and unreason too slow disappear The hurting and shining mixing it up The beast and the beauty holding their cup. When, then will we all release? The pushing and shoving of our lonely thief The letting of souls to pay for our hopes The knotting of hearts built into our ropes. When, then the final long life? The hall and the mirror taking its wife The place and the time built into a dream The might and the fury held fast in a scene. 26th January 2018

I wrote this to ask at what point we will realise and know things are as good as they are going to get.

I wondered if there must be something more.

I could otherwise shout at the sky then, because I have what I have!

This is a poem for documenting the continual regaining of desires and hopes.

We may need to know that we have not got forever.

Everywhere people are wanting more and more time but it slips away.

It may be important to know that once basic needs are fulfilled, new cravings can become hollow.

The poem "When Then", asks at what point we will realise and know it is "time".

There must be something more, there must be.

You may stamp and shout if not.
